What is QueryBox Financial?

QueryBox Financial is an AI-powered financial forecasting tool that connects to your Xero accounting software. Ask questions about your finances in plain English and get instant insights about cash flow, runway, burn rate, and more.

How do I connect my Xero account?

From the Dashboard, click "Connect to Xero" and authorize QueryBox Financial to access your accounting data. We use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication - we never see your Xero password.

What questions can I ask?

You can ask about revenue, expenses, cash flow, runway, burn rate, accounts receivable/payable, customer analytics, and more. Examples: "What's my runway?", "Show my top 5 customers by revenue", "What were my expenses last quarter?"

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption for all data transfers. Your Xero data is synced locally and never shared with third parties. We're SOC 2 compliant and follow industry best practices for data security.

What is the Forecast feature?

The Forecast feature lets you create financial projections based on your actual Xero data. Add expected deals, adjust expenses, and see how changes impact your cash flow and runway over time.

Do you support QuickBooks?

QuickBooks integration is coming soon! Currently we support Xero. Sign up for our waitlist to be notified when QuickBooks is available.
